Australian Domestic Shipping

Orders paid by Bank Deposit will not be posted until the payment has been cleared (this can take from 1-3 working days). Thus, please allow additional time if this is your case.

Please make sure you email chicandcheek.com.au once you have deposited the money, to inform us of the date it was deposited and the reference code you have used. If we do not receive this email we will not know your money has been deposited. This may result in a cancellation of you order.

Chic & Cheek delivers Australia wide using Australia Post delivery service. We charge an extremely low flat rate of $8.00. In addition any purchase over $200.00 will receive free postage within Australia only.

The parcel can take between 2 - 10 working days to arrive depending on the location of your destination.

Please Note: You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details in case we need to contact you if there are any problems with delivery.

Internationally Shipping (outside of Australia)

Shipping cost for international orders will be calculated on the cost of your order.

Shipping cost will be as follows:

• Orders of up to $100 (shipping will be $25)

• Orders from $100 - $300 (shipping will be $40)

• Orders from $300 or more (shipping will be $70)

Please contact us via email or call (61) 0402 730 196 to obtain shipping cost for orders over $1000.

Chic & Cheek does not assume responsibility for delays and will not be held responsible for any additional charges your order may incur once the item has left Australia. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.

Returns 

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date to notify us that you will be returning the item. This can be done via email: sales@chicandcheek.com.au or telephone: +61 0402 730 196

The item should be returned to and received by us within 14 days of your initial purchase date, if this does not occur we have the right to deny a refund.

All items being returned MUST be sent via registered post, as any item that goes missing in the post and is not registered will not be credited.

Please email or call through the registration number as this number is used for insurance and the registered item is void without it.

Items being returned must be re-sellable. That is, they must have never been used or worn, they must have their tags attached and be in brand new condition.

We will not accept items that have been used. Even though to you, they may look new, we can easily detect this, and have the right to deny a refund. Don't abuse a system that supports you.

All returned items should also be sent back to us with their receipt.

You are free to choose a refund (minus shipping cost), or exchange the item. If exchanging the item, postage for the new item will be free.

We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the product. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase. In conjunction, all pre-orders and lay-by's cannot be refunded.

SALE ITEMS

For sale items we are unable to offer a refund, however you are welcome to exchange the item or be issued with a credit.

Please Note:

If Chic and Cheek believes that the item has been damaged or worn, we have the right to return the item back to you without a refund or exchange.

Quick Checklist for Returns:

1. Email sales@chicandcheek.com.au or phone 0402 730 196 to inform Chic and Cheek that you will be returning/ exchanging the item.

2. Ensure that the item is in a re-sellable condition with tags attached, and accompanied by its receipt.

Include on a separate piece of paper your full name, address, phone number, whether you would prefer a refund or exchange and the way you purchased your item e.g. Credit, Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit etc.

Please Note: refunds and exchanges can take up to 10 days to process after Chic and Cheek has received the goods.
